You couldn't be more right about the neuro-anatomy. 
Not to mention the histology. My god I feel like crying..what the hell is up with all the different cells you see all over the CNS..with the same name..but aren't the same!

Pahahaha. It is about as deadly as you can get for sure. Don't expect to understand it until you've had lectures on ALL of it (and then even then you probably will understand max 80%). Neuro was a total killer for me!! But good luck
