As for the proposal, it may just be an assignment by your individual teacher. Although, if you give us more information, we may be able to help you. I actually remember doing History Fair during my Freshman year of High School lol.Also, if I remember correctly, there are three or four ways you can present the assignment; a display board, slide(powerpoint) presentation, website(?) and performance. I recommend that you print out that somewhat-hefty guide that they give out for free on their website. It should be of great help, and even give you topic recommendations.
