Hey guys need your help, im doing my EE on the Hawk eye technology in sports!
Who thinks that goal line technology should be introduced in FIFA and who doesnt?

What subject are you doing this EE in?
Also is this meant to be a debate or do you genuinely need to conduct a survey for your EE? If it's a survey, I suggest you improve it and I (or somebody else) can move it to the EE forum.

It definitely should be implemented, Sep Blatter and FIFA officials are acting completely idiotic. Linesmen are not always accurate in decisions, there have been many controversial moments in which the ball had or had not crossed the line & linesmen have made the wrong decision. An example is the Round of 16 match, England vs Germany 2010 FIFA world cup in which Frank Lampard actually did score and the ball did cross the line but the linesmen overruled it. Also, we all know FIFA linesmen and referees can be completely aweful, and goaline technology will definitely eliminate idiotic and controversial decisions made by match officials. I really do not see a valid reason in which Blatter will not accept goal line technology, every single other sport has this, they see it as harm, but everyone else sees it as a tool of justice.

Definitely, Lamps' goal should have counted for England, and there are tons of these incidents going on every day, even in the top leagues. Sepp Blatter and his "allowances of human error" will not make football a better game or a better spectator sport. All it will produce is enraged fans, sacked managers and disgruntled players. Goal line technology is not eliminating the human aspect of the game, as referees are still needed for common sense and all that, it is simply acting as a means of letting justice be done. Linesmen and referees have been notoriously awful at calling goal line decisions as well as offsides over the years, so FIFA should really be implementing this technology right now instead of defending its incompetent posse of officials.

yes, it is very important, since that many clubs and teams treated unfairly. I read before 10 minutes a article that says they are thinking seriously to use technology. But as sandwish says to which subject  are you relating this? maybe by telling us we can help you more.

Agreed! I don't understand why they don't use playbacks to make decisions. They do it in Tennis! Takin away contraversial decisions from people, and giving it to technology is just so much more reliable. IT reduces bias issues by half if not by more!
