Current mood: Curious
We studied Othello this year and I'm quite intrigued by Shakespeare.

Romeo and Juliet!
I've also read Merchant of Venice, which I really really enjoyed - so definitely look into it. And then when I visited Venice, I felt all the memories of Merchant of Venice coming back to me!
Ooh and I've heard Julius Caesar is a must-read too.
What do you love most about Shakespeare? I love the depth in the words and the portrayal of characters, personally.

Definitely agree with his portrayal of characters. :D In Othello, I particularly liked the Willow scene with Desdemona and Emilia.

Although I found his language difficult to understand at first, I love how poetic it can be. The soliloquies can be really eloquent too. :)

Current mood: Woot!
comedy of errors kept me laughing so hard, even though i sometimes hardly understood anything,
...which made me laugh harder :3 lol

But the movie version of 12th night is as funny as the book too, especially act 5 scene 1 (last one)
where orsiono's expression is just like: "YES! I knew i wasn't gay!" loool :D
