As long as you don't plagiarize or use it to a large extent, I don't see why IB would have a problem with it. Just make sure that you don't submit your IA's, EE's, TOK presentation/Essay until you receive your scores back from IB. This is to safeguard against other people plagiarizing you lol.

In general as long as it's not one of it's documents that you pay for online, such as past papers, it doesn't really care.
As for the other files, it also doesn't care. It only cares if one of our documents come out when it's checking plagiarism in the students IAs, then these students will be denied the diploma.
