Hi I am a vip but I can't seem to download any files
Every time when I press download, I get the following message
"[#10850.2] An internal error occurred. Please contact an administrator"
Thanks :)

This is a common problem with the latest version of IPB. I'm not sure about a fix but i'm sure the admins can sort it out for you :)

Hello,
Would you mind telling me which section you tried to download from? Meanwhile I'll try to check everything is normal.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm going to look into this. Can you give us more details about what files you were trying to download? Cheers

Update: I'm running an upgrade to see if that resolves the issues.

Let me know if you still experience issues with downloads. Thanks!
