Hi all,
i've recently joined this site as a member and i realised that i needed to pay a fee to become a VIP member before downloading files. I've already done so through paypal but am still unable to download any.
PLEASE HELP!!

your status is still "Member". maybe it's due to some technical delay. just wait for at max 24 hours and once your status changes to "VIP Subscriber" you can start downloading files.

Hey,
How long ago did you make the payment? Based on the experiences of other members, it seems that this does not go through immediately. I suggest you wait for a while and see if it updates itself. If not, your best bet is to PM Graeme (the super admin) with your paypal address and explain the situation so he can look through the records of payments the site has received. You can then be changed into a VIP Subscriber as opposed to a basic member manually.

This has been resolved. There was a technical problem with the link between IB Survival and Paypal. Basically paypal didn't send the notification to IB Survival so your account didn't get automatically upgraded.
