Can some people from the Northern Hemisphere shed some light on the grade boundaries for the new syllabus, previously it was around 67% for a 7, not sure if they have changed much since the course was changed. Cheers

Unfortunately the data isn't available yet, once the subject report for this session gets released you'll have more info on the HL grade boundaries.

Since the NOV exam isn't the first cohort to go through this new syllabus, does that mean that the 68% will be raised? Seeing as for the old syllabus had 73% for a level 7

It could go either way, the boundaries are created after candidates have taken the exam because you are graded based on how well you did compared to your fellow candidates. Unfortunately there's no way to tell for sure, we just have to wait and see .

I actually hope that it will be 68%, in fact, I'd be over the moon if it was 68%
