Mark percentages in subjects?

Hey. I was wondering how they calculate my final grade in the different subject, i.e. how many percent do the different things account for. Can it be given in the form:

Paper 1: xx%
Paper 2: xx%
(paper 3: xx%)
(oral exams: xx%)
IA: xx%

I have the following subjects:
Swedish A1 HL
English A2 HL
Math HL
Physics HL
Chemistry SL
History SL

Any answers are grately accepted. Thank you very much

I know for sure that the IA for math is 20%, and Phy and chem is 24%
