When someone edits their post after posting it, there is a little caption at the bottom of the post saying something like..
"Capt'n Marth has edited this post, 21:42"
Something like that.
But when I change my screen name and I go to that post, my old username is still in that caption. Maybe it should be changed too? It seems better to me.

I don't think that's possible. The "X user edited this post" text is relative to that particular post.
Unless Graeme can change it in the new version? Use PHP to show the edited time.
