as the title suggests, we are looking into forming a TOK discussion section. A very specific topic will be discussed weekly. Basically sort of like a guided TOK discussion online that gives you ideas for your TOK essay at the end of IB and correct certain ideas that you may not be able to say/include in the essay. Although this is an open discussion, it is extremely structured.

So we want to see how many of you are interested to see if it could work out. Note that this is an addition to what we already have, so nothing will change. Probably the "MY TOK ESSAY IS DUE TOMORROW AND I HAVENT STARTED..HEEEELP" sort of topics wont be seen that often towards the end of the year.

I seriously think it would be very very helpful. there is this academic facebook group in which people discuss philosophical questions everyday and it really makes me think would really love to see such discussion here and I definitely will participate although my ideas might not be as great as some other people's...

perhaps this could start soon (before my TOK essay and presentation are due )

I'd love to see this come into being as TOK discussions, with people who are interested and knowledgeable enough are always a joy to be apart of provided they aren't just participating to "pwn" or "own" someone by being petty, small-minded and pedantic.

This is an awesome idea, it'll help to reinforce the topics we speak about in class every day. Just wondering, here at my school we have Extended Essay as a class and TOK and EE interchange every day (Day 2 EE, Day 1 TOK) . Does anyone else have this?
