firstly I want to ask what's the difference between the Chat and the Shoutbox? are they both for VIP only? if so then I don't see the point of having Chat :/

The chat is open for everyone I think. Because it was working for NON-VIP's in the Beta.
And Graeme says that the limit is 20 but for some reason it isn't letting me into the chat room right now.

the shoutbox was open to everyone in the beta version too.

why is this happening...
I'm pretty sure other VIPs can see it though, I've seen elmar and Parahydroxy... and King Glau on it before.
