firstly I want to ask what's the difference between the Chat and the Shoutbox? are they both for VIP only? if so then I don't see the point of having Chat :/

also I want to address an issue with it:

look at the part I highlighted with green. there's no member in Chat, how can the limit be exceeded?

and how many is the limit? thanks!

The chat is open for everyone I think. Because it was working for NON-VIP's in the Beta.

And Graeme says that the limit is 20 but for some reason it isn't letting me into the chat room right now.
