loving this new feature, but can there be an option for us to ignore others' profile pictures/avatars? I'd really really like to ignore someone's picture as it's so disgusting I wanna punch. perhaps there's such feature, thanks!

You could just ask them to change their profile picture/avatar if you feel so strongly about it. Or alternatively, avoid them altogether?

I see him too often, can't avoid seeing his stupid picture.
well at the moment the Ignore Pref has only been available for Chat, Signature, Posts and Messages. I just ignored someone's signature and now it does not appear on posts anymore. so perhaps if profile pictures could be ignored, they wouldn't appear on posts anymore?
