I'm not sure about other Asian countries, but in Hong Kong I know that the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) both offer law programs. Both universities teach all their courses in English so there won't be a language barrier in class.

Are you going to practice law in Germany? Because some good universities like HKU and CUHK and Singaporean universities, NUS and SMU only have law courses for common law, a trait they inherited from the British Legal system during colonialism. If you are planning to practice law in Germany or any non-US, non-Common Law country, I suggest you look else where. The few great law schools in Asia that practices Civil Law are like Peking University, Tokyo University and you might find the lack of English as well as the vast differences in the legal systems of China and Japan with Germany, unfriendly.
