are there any universities in France to study in English and who can give scholarships(up to full)???

I apply to France through admission-postbac.fr, it works like UCAS for the UK, and it does have an option for students from abroad, and as far as my first impressions go it seems quite easy to go through all the steps, but I can't tell anything about results since I haven't applied yet (the session opens on January 20th or so, I believe).
As for scholarships, French universities rarely full scholarships, especially during the first year, but you can check out the social scholarships of the French government or maybe think of an exchange program financial aid, there are many of those.
