Make sure you take time out occasionally, so give yourself one night off a week and fit other events in. Swimming is relaxing and also CAS, there are other activities that fit this, so not only are you relaxing, but you can tell yourself you have to do it for IB.

I think i agree with all the aforementioned. Time management and staying on top of things (like H/W, internals, syllabus etc) is vital if you wanna survive the IB (learned that the hard way, thank god i realized it relatively early). Also, you should try to not skip any meals and sleep as much as you can, and take some breaks from all the studying (e.g., listen to some music, or go out for a little while on saturday).
