The only real problem would be the oral commentaries and presentations in languages. If you can manage these, then you should be fine.

Well yes i think there may be a chance. But when you're doing your IOC and IOP, you need to talk to your teachers if not a bunch of people but then again if you're okay with talking to the teacher alone then it should be fine. As for university, i'm not so sure but i still think you can get through if they understand the condition and everything else then yeah.

Just keep on focused ;D there's nothing you can't do, honestly! if you're having difficulties, you may want to identify the parts were you have problems with and then improve on them.
Apart from that, you can try presenting it to some friends and all so that you can get used to speaking to others

aww but don't they know that you have selective mutism? Aww well, why don't you ask your teacher if you can practice more with him/her after school or something and then may be your fear will go away. It's always worth a shot

oh no really? how come you haven't told them? you don't have to answer me.
No no don't worry about that. No one hears or sees it except for your teacher. So don't worry

You should tell your best friends, I know it must be hard for you and painful but only that way you'll have some support.
Representatives from the IBO would notice it. Plus, you should also notify your school, IB has lots of helps for students with difficulties such as dyslexia and probably your school does know whether they support students with mutism
