Hi,
So, my teacher has asked me to broaden my French vocabulary and I need to learn 5 words min a day. I was just wondering whether there were any websites or resources that randomly generated words or even better, one that lists key vocab?
Thanks

It would be better that you could find a list of vocabulary for a specific topic you are covering so that you will be able to broaden your vocabulary, and that would help you in what you are learning about right now. Just google common french words (related to what you guys are discussing)
If not, I'd just suggest learning the words that tourists usually do.

Don't use Google translate... it's the equivalent of asking a table how to speak French. It could give you a word that isn't used in certain contexts.
1. find an online dictionary they're usually better.
2. Pick up 'Mot à mot' ( I think its called that... I don't do French lol) and your vocabulary will increase.
3. Sit down in a quiet room and repeat the words to yourself twice then test yourself and do this for a little bit then try remembering them the day later.
4. or you could just try putting those words into everyday use... I dunno make up a story involving them
5. be consistent.
now if only I could take my own advice
