Hi
I am just wondering what books you studied/ are studying for your English A1 course. Preferably could you put which section each book came from (World Lit, Detailed Study, Genre Study or Free Choice).

At my school we studied these works:
World Lit: Crime and Punishment, Chronicle of a Death Foretold, House of the Spirits
Detailed Study: The Bell Jar, Hamlet, The Mill on the Floss, and some of John Donne's poetry
Groups of Works: Waiting for Godot, Hedda Gabler, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead
Free Choice: Brave New World, The Merchant of Venice, Antigone, and The Bluest Eye

the only section i know is World lit really for which I studied Chronicle of a Death Foretold, Like Water for Chocolate and House of the Spirits
I also studied Siddhartha, An Imaginary Life, some John Donne poetry, Hamlet, Old Man and the Sea, A Small Place, In Patagonia, Miguel Street, Death and the Maiden, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and I'm going to do Death of a Salesman
