This year in my batch all of our CAS reflections need to be sent as my batch comes under the 5 year review...and so my CAS co-ordinator says that everything we do in creativity also needs to benefit someone. We usually have these mass production plays and that counts for a major part of creativity but this year none of that is allowed..
So what are the activities that I can do that comes under creativity and also helps someone else. Im guessing it is supposed to be things like garage sale but I'm not sure.
And is anyone else facing the same problem??

I don't know exactly what do you mean by 5 year review. But I think there are many creativity activities that can be done and at the same time you are helping people. Here are some threads that has many ideas:

and there are many others in CAS forum. But to give you an example I think designing a poster (pure creativity) to help obese people is a sort of creativity that includes helping people.

Any fundraising event or anything else charitable that needs some kind of advertising is often a easy way to say you did creativity. Just whenever you are doing something just think what of what you are doing is possibly creative. If you show clearly that it is in your reflection that something required a lot of creativity, you can get away with a lot.
