Hi guys!

I'm doing my English A1 HL IOP tomorrow, and I was wondering whether it was better to be under or over the time limit?
That way I'll know how much to cut out   :)

Thanks!

Under the time limit...

Is it better for you to go over the time limit in an exam or with a bit of time to spare at the end?

If you go to much over then they stop you.

I'm going to do mine in two days.... I have so much content to write about... So I have to narrow it down.... Hopefully I will be able to make it in about 10 minutes... Luckily, my teacher won't interrupt me! Because... last time I had a class mate... that.... for.... some reason had his IOP reach more than 35 minutes.

When I did mine I was barely under the time limit, so my teacher couldn't really ask me any good guiding questions which can be a good way to get a few extra points in that you might have missed out. But I got a 6 anyhow because I probably spoke too much :)

Oh and when you are preparing what you're going to say you should try to time yourself so that you aren't going over around 12 or 13 min because for example in my case I got a little nervous so I didn't exactly follow what I had planned to say so I ended up taking longer. :)
