Anyone knows when 2013 prescribed titles are released?

They're doing something new with TOK this year. Instead of releasing all of the titles for Nov 2012/May 2013 they are doing them in parts. They have released six Nov 2012 titles, but have not released the May 2013 titles. I think the reason for it was something along the lines of cutting down on plagiarism, like a person who goes to a school in the May session could ask their friend who goes to a school in the November session for their EE and use parts of it, assuming they did the same title. I don't think the May 2013 titles have been released yet.

They should get released within the next couple of months, so don't worry about it.

I understand why they did this, but I don't know how effective will this be. I mean a student doing exams on may can ask a fellow student from the same school to read their tok essay and copy arguments (If they are doing the same title of course).
Besides, if choosing among 10 titles was hard enough, I can't imagine choosing one title from a list of 6!!!
