Basically,

Go to https://candidates.ibo.org
Login with your information.
Go to "My Coursework".
Upload your ToK essay in a .doc, .docx, .pdf, or.rtf format.
Fill out the prescribed topic, word count, and check the declaration.

You then have 24 hours to change anything. After 24 hours, your IB coordinator or teacher will check your ToK essay. If it's good, then it's sent to the IBO and you can't change anything (forever). If it's not good, then you need to re-upload it.

You also cannot have any punctuation (excluding periods) in the title of your work.
