Not really because it doesn't address any of the issues of TOK. And by TOK issues I mean reason, emotion, sense/perception and language. Unless you made sure that the whole presentation essentially centred around these things, then it would be extremely difficult to score highly.

Hopefully they will indicate to you the sorts of contents and discussion which needs to be in a high-scoring TOK presentation

no haha. it's certainly a good issue. unfortunately not even a knowledge issue. got to integrate the TOK elements into your issue.
