detached
I start snacking uncontrollably. It's terrible for my teeth and, well, the rest of me. I don't think I'm a nervous eater; I just use exam season as an excuse to get fat. Reply
Matsu
My eating habits are **** too. I don't eat a lot of real food but I have a crap ton of junk around midnight when my studying sessions get really intense. Gained some weight already cause of my eating habits during externals LOL. Anyways, excuse me, but I have to go take my Mandarin exams now. HAHAHAHA Reply
difiCa
I don't have very healthy eating habits during any session of heavy workload (be it school, student union, actual work or all combined) - contrary to nervous eating, I just don't really eat. I'll just have something (usually lunch at school or lunch at home if I find time to cook/have leftovers from previous days) on which I can function the rest of the day, drink coffee and water in enormous quantities and maybe have some quick bite if I get massively hungry, but most often not. I usually don't have snacks around my apartment so the ability to snack without wasting valuable time on actually buying something is pretty limited.
