Breakdancing and Parkour counts as...?

Recommended Posts

I would categorise them both as activity, actually, as they both are physical activities. Breakdancing could also go for creativity, depending on what you actually do. Just keep in mind that you need a supervisor who is not in your close family and is over 18 years of age!

Actually at my school it didn't necessarily have to be an organized sport, a lot of people did running as their CAS activity, they just talked to their CAS coordinator, make a plan and ran on their own. I don;t see why this wouldn't work for parkour as an action.

Yeah, it doesn't need to be a coordinated sport, but, at least at my school, you needed a supervisor for any activity you did as CAS (whether it being service-minded or action-minded)?
