Raiimon
Hi! I'm a Pre-IB student who is confused with this CAS system howver, I simply just want to know if Breakdancing would count as C or A or both and if Parkour counts as A Confused Pre-IB:er Reply
alefal
I would categorise them both as activity, actually, as they both are physical activities. Breakdancing could also go for creativity, depending on what you actually do. Just keep in mind that you need a supervisor who is not in your close family and is over 18 years of age! Luka Petrovic
Actually at my school it didn't necessarily have to be an organized sport, a lot of people did running as their CAS activity, they just talked to their CAS coordinator, make a plan and ran on their own. I don;t see why this wouldn't work for parkour as an action. Reply

Raiimon
Thanks! Another question though, if I teach someone breakdancing for free, does that count as service? and will the person recieve C or A for it too? Reply
Absolutely Positively
Thanks! Yes, you can count it as service or as action. The other person could count the breakdance lessons as action (but not as creativity.) Reply
