Which class to take and why?

Both! I found this poll funny (to me), because I actually take both AP Calculus AB and IB Math SL, back to back too! And its very possible to do well with having two math classes; I've been maintaining an A average in both classes.

Taking both is good only if you believe you can handle it. AP calc will make the calc portion of IB SL easy but you do have to handle the AP portion of it all. Just know your limits.

Im glad you actually caught the pun. I thought it would just get lost. Definitely looked unintentional but it was planned. I switched up my original post to throw that pun in there.
