You may try escape velocity calculation to calculate Schwarschild radius for the object. ( The formula is, if I remember correctly sqrt(2GM/c) where c is the speed of light.

Use the radius you found and assuming that the singularity of the blackhole is a sphere, find the volume by (4/3)*pi*r^3.

You already have the mass, you have the volume, use density [d] = mass/volume and calculate the density.

Since nothing can escape(even the speed of light) from the event horizon of the black hole, we can assume that is the speed of light is the only object we may use to calculate the smallest radius. :P
