skywilson
Hey everyone, I am writing my history IA, and I wanted to get some input on my topic! Right now the topic is To what extent was Stalin's First Five Year Plan successfully implemented? Is the scope too broad, or is there anything I can do to refine the question? Thanks! Thrashmaster
If your exams are in May 2016, isn't a little early to be writing your history IA? I like your question. You outline what the plan said it would do, then use evidence to show which parts were done. In analysis, you see whether they line up. Go for it! It might be a little too broad, if you think you cannot cover all of his plan in just 2000 words. But I think you have the right idea for an IA question, and that's the first step! skywilson
Yeah, it is very early. Technically it's a practice IA I'm writing, but we are expected to keep our topics into junior and senior year, just to refine and fix the scope. Thank you for your input!
