xoxoyessica
This year will be my second year of french. I heard of the IB french exam (I'm still not sure what it is) but I was wondering if the exam will be hard since I will only take french for four years. There is only one french teacher at my school but she teaches at a slow pace and we barely learned anything in french 1. Long story short, should I switch to spanish, which I'm more fluent in, before it's too late? Reply
IEAFBC812
Since the exams in French and in Spanish should be the same regarding Overall difficulty I would choose Spanish if I was in your place because it should be easier to get a good grade if you say that you're more fluent in Spanish. But thats only the case if you don't have a Special reason for continuing to study French (like wanting to spend time/living in a French-speaking Country,...) It also depends on what language you like better and you are more comfortable with. But judging from your post that would be Spanish 1 Reply
