With regard to languages, if you haven't done either language before do either at ab Initio.

I don't think that sports science is an HL at all. Between those two, you'd have to choose bio, unless you choose a different science or a humanity.

With regard to SL or studies, it depends on which universities you're planning to apply to. I don't think Australia has any rigid subject requirements, but UK universities, as well as those in some other countries might require math SL as an entry requirement.

If you're able to do it i would personally suggest SL but if you think that you'd be better off in studies and that you wouldn't be disadvantaged by it in terms of university applications then take studies.

In architecture, universities look at a strong base in both math and physics. You need art, true. But if you want to create hardy structures, which presumably are not to collapse, the first ywo are of a greater importance (as emphasized by Ayn Rand in the Fountainhead). If you're bored with biology, why not try Physics?

In case of maths, I would suggest at least SL (because calculus is of greater need than statistics in architecture). Again, please make sure that this doesn't bar you from your aspiration uni requirements.

About language? Well being proficient in both Japanese and French, I feel that japanese is easier in terms of pronunciation and overall grammar structure and rules. If you can deal with learning a new script, it'll be easy enough. But French hs utility in a greater number of countries. So you should choose accordingly, in the ab initio level (if you have no prior experience in the language).

Hope this helped! :)

Other people have your other subjects covered well enough, but I just wanted to chime in about the biology. I think you should probably go with HL bio. I doubt you've covered everything to the depth or with the detail as HL bio goes, and if you have approached that level, then having a class that you know pretty well already will help you a lot during the IB.

I would suggest Math SL, because many international universities require at least SL for many courses. That said, if you know where you are applying and what you want to study, if math isn't needed, you should take Studies instead of SL.

Since you anyways don't like Math, it might be a good idea to find out what requirements you need - unless it is necessary, you could take Math Studies and then focus more on your other subjects that are more relevant and enjoyable to you.
