oggiwiggo
Hello all, It is all in the title really. I sent my maths off to be remarked 4 days ago and would appreciate if anyone knows roughly when I can expect to have my mark back. Thank you. ctrls
I've heard of someone who got theirs back after ~15 days, but it seems to vary. I asked for a remark over 20 days ago for example, but I haven't heard back yet. Reply

Pasalacqua
I got my marks back for math and geo in less then 2 weeks but I think it is because I requested it 2 days after the results were published. If you requested it 4 days ago it may take couple of weeks because there are more students requesting remarks right now than a few weeks ago. I hope you'll get the points you want Reply
Fiz
Depends on subject, number of free senior examiners, and how many people requested a remark. I got my remark in 18 days, can take you more or less, but usually thats the average. Reply

ctrls
what subject did you remark?Economics, which I would guess takes a bit longer compared to other subjects like maths. Reply
flinquinnster
Got my remark yesterday after applying for it on July 10th - so in like 3 weeks-ish. Massive congratulations on your perfect, perfect score! It's great to know that Further Maths got remarked up for you, because with a subject like maths there's not usually a change there. I am in such awe! 3 Reply
Erudite
Got my remark yesterday after applying for it on July 10th - so in like 3 weeks-ish. Massive congratulations on your perfect, perfect score! It's great to know that Further Maths got remarked up for you, because with a subject like maths there's not usually a change there. I am in such awe! Thank YOU!!!! I was super duper happy about the increase. I was only ONE MARK away from the grade 7 boundary, I totally think the person remarking my paper just felt bad for me and gave me a mark. 2 Reply

John Clear
Hi everyone! So i just finished IB Year 1 (woo woo). My results were as follows: French B: 6Math SL: 6 Now for my Math mark, the upper grade boundary is an 83, and i got an 83, meaning i need 1 mark for that 6 to become a 7. So my question is, should i invest in contesting the grade? and if so, how does that work (meaning when do i contact my coordinator, how much is it, etc.) AM I TOO LATE TO CONTEST MY MARK TOO? *FREAKS OUT* PLEASE HELP Thanks! No.... the deadline for applying for remarks is 15th September..... I'd probably go for it if you were able to spare the money in case it didn't get marked up....Although it's unlikely in maths... Euridite over there got it marked up and although that doesn't mean yours will, it is hope! Also...it'd be awesome for you for it to get marked up and 1 mark isn't much, so I would get it re-marked if I was you....before the 15th. Who knows, you might regret it if you dont.
