...you already have? A table of contents is just a list, as you've put above. Just put the page number next to each thing e.g. 

 

VI. British Interference           page 6

 

...and that's it. No need to be stuck with anything! Although you may wish to check it for correct use of English first (assuming you're submitting it in English), for instance:

 

II.              Turkish role IN WWI

III.            Allies needed someone to stop the Turks

Yea I'm submitting it in English, don't worry about the English this was just a first draft. I did not re-check it.
