HL Spanish B is not difficult and it's not for fluent people either. It's not that much different from SL - a little more is expected of you, but you also have WAY more lesson time and as language acquisition is kind of proportional to exposure, it works out very nicely.

Chemistry and Physics are both 'hard' at HL. I know people who did both and couldn't really pick between them. If you've a strong mathematical background, Physics is probably going to be easier for you. Chemistry is also very challenging as it's got some maths but also quite a lot of conceptual stuff. I wouldn't label one 'incredibly' hard over the other, they're both tough courses and it's up to you to pick. Two of your other HLs are relatively easy (English, Spanish) so you should be able to cope with 4 HLs. If not, remember you can always drop one down to SL at any time. Universities only expect 6 subjects, 3 HL and 3 SL. People don't get rewarded for having done extra HLs, because at many schools it's not even an option - you'll be rewarded on the basis of your score out of 45, whether that's with 4HLs or 3HLs being irrelevant. Lots of people come on here thinking the more HLs the better - in practice, it's not the case.

I think you should take subjects that you find fun or enjoyable. I think the important subjects like maths, English and science should be taken seriously, these subjects should be ones that get you a good score, so don't make yourself do HL if you 'think' that you can get a decent score unless the course you want to do in Uni requires a HL subject. Just have fun because IB is rather stressful, spend your time wisely!
