What exactly are you looking do? I don't really see why you would want to get a file checked for plagiarism yourself, that should only be done by the teacher/examiner.

 

If you're looking to check your work for plagiarism before submitting it, then don't. Those checkers keep a copy of all the submitted files so students don't copy each other's work, hence submitting the same file twice results in the second file coming out as 100% plagiarised. Besides, if you don't plagiarise anything then this shouldn't be an issue anyway - it will come out as original (and if it doesn't, you can always talk to your teacher about it, etc).
