EE Philosophy, purpose of questions

Recommended Posts

I'm wondering if I have a good setup for my philosophy essay because I was having trouble narrowing my research question.

Here's my current plan.

Background: Explore a bit of ancient Greek philosophy (i.e. Socratic method)

Question: What is it that a philisophical questioner is trying to get at?

Body 1: Philisophical questions vs Normal ones.

Body 2: Is there a point to philisophical questions?

Body 3: What do we get from such questions?

Body 4: Philisophical questions in the past vs present/modern ones.

This paragraph would be about the change of language and how a question is posed (do we ask the same thing/in the same way?) and if people's interests have changed.

I appreciate any and all input.
