She told us it's basically an abstract to our writing, so like a rationale in Written Task 1 in English or the Abstract in the EE but is there a specific format, specific elements to be added...etc.? The expectations for French are actually simpler: you need only state your aims and how you achieved these aims in your assignment. If you explain the reasons for choosing the topic and text type then you will have basically fulfilled the preambule. You only have 100 words in which to do this (not the 300-400 words in English), so make every word count. Good luck with this.
