However I am uncertain how to go about doing the paper as I can't find any samples on people who decided to write about acting. Does anyone have advice or samples? ibprincess Posted March 8, 2015 Report Share Posted March 8, 2015 its about the process yea I'm acting in mine aswell so this is kinda what I'm doing/I've done so farin the production you did, what were the influences on the piece? for example, one person in my class is applying Artuad's theatre of crulty to Lady Macbeth; I'm exploring body image using adolescent theatre; someone else is applying Brecht to a monologue about war; a pair is using transformational theatre in a condensed version of Ruby Moon etc. Identify what style and what influences the piece had and write about the process of applying this practitioner/style of theatre to your piece. include research and evidence of you trying it outinclude research about the piece you acted in and the practicioner and theatre style. go beyond the internet--use books; interviews; workshops etchave evidence that you tried one things but then went with another because it worked better etctalk about the process of bringing your piece into fruition Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
