I'm doing Arabic B also this is a little off topic but i was wondering do Universities accept it as a second language because someone told me that they don't

It may depend on where you're going to for university. 

It also depends on where you're from - although you should also make sure if taking Arabic B would be sufficient for you to get your equivalence certificate.
