jylee23 Posted April 19, 2015 Report Share Posted April 19, 2015 Hi I am designing my chem IA on quantitative determination of acid content and doing one on acidity of vinegar and I'm not really comfortable with Chemistry IA's...And it seems like google isn't really helping me at all.So just a quick question because I just wanted to be sure, would temperature and exposure to air affect the acidity of Vinegar?Are there any other factors? Also, if I wanted to do temperature or air exposure, what would you recommend the temperature or time range should be? Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help!
