CAN SOMEONE PRETTY PLEASE HELP ME? WHAT DOES THIS MEQAN HOW DO YOU DO THIS

i know how to calculate the molar enthalpy but I'm not sure what it means about neutralization

when 35.0 mL of 0.450 mol/L HCL solution is mixed with 35.0 mL of 0.450mol/L of KOH solution, the reaction mixture increases  from 22.4 degrees C to 25.5 degrees C

Neutralization is any reaction between an acid and a base. In this case you have HCl and KOH reacting to form a salt and water. So, molar enthalpy of neutralization is simply a fancy name for molar enthalpy of the reaction. Hopefully now you can solve it, if you knew how to calculate the molar enthalpy!
