Ignacio
Hi everyone! So, for the EE, I decided to do it on chemistry. However, I don't know if it would be a good idea to change it to physics, since I would like to study Aerospace engineering at university. Getting high mark at physics EE is really hard, but doing the extended essay in physics could be an advantage in order to get into an university. However I think that with a chemistry EE I could get a higher mark, but doesn't really related to the aerospace degree. Any advice? Thank you Edited April 27, 2015 by Ignacio Reply
Emmi
It honestly will have almost zero impact on university admissions. The only way they'll know, if they even know what an extended essay is at all, is if you tell them. Instead of trying to do an EE based on what you want to study, pick based on what interests you. That can be any subject at all. I study chemical engineering and wrote my EE in history. I doubt my university even knew what an EE was when I was applying for admission. 1 Reply
