ibprincess
- No matter how much Yugoslavia appears in IB history topics, there was only 1 IB student from Yugoslavia in the whole world (2014). probably because Yugoslavia ceased being a country in the 90's? obviously if you add up the total number of ib students from Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Serbia (the main countries that used to be Yugoslavia) as well as students who are either refugees from Yugoslavia or children of refugees, the number would be a lot greater. Yugoslavia appears in history topics because there was a civil war which caused the country to be divided up and separated into different countries this statistic is really worthless lol 2 Reply

mechnight
Slovenia counts in as well Serbia has, as of now, 3 IB schools, I think there are 2 in Bosnia and Herzegovina (one of them being UWC), and I think 2 in Croatia. So yeah, princess' argument holds quite well, we haven't been a single country for a while already, but there's still quite a lot of us around PS. Born in Serbia, surviving IB in Slovenia. 2 Reply

Alex Jordan
So getting a 0 on your IB diploma...basically means you did not sit for your exams and basically completed 0 of your internal assessments, also getting D's on both your TOK and EE. Well at least I have something going for me. 2 Reply
