Entropy_Reversed
Hello everyone, I would like to know if anybody knows where I can buy an online or hard copy SOLUTIONS MANUAL of the following book: - Mathematics Standard Level. 3rd Edition, 2nd Imprint. by Fabio Cirrito, contributing author: Patrick Tobin. I live in Canada, so it'd be helpful if it could ship over here. Please help ASAP, thanks. ultimateone
Here you go, 3rd edition, 2nd imprint: http://amzn.com/1876659173 It's Amazon, it should ship to Canada, but I'm not sure. You can check when you login and want to purchase it, when it gives you the shipping options. I found this too: http://amzn.com/B011W9NJW8. Also on Amazon, but it's another seller and seems to be more expensive for some reason. I think they're used, judging by the picture uploaded. And this is the Solutions Manual: http://amzn.com/1876659548 But there's a 4th edition apparently, it's updated, you might want to check this out? The 3rd edition looks outdated http://amzn.com/1921917105 They don't look really popular (on Amazon at least). And if you're looking for a book to help you with the course, I suggest you try the Oxford or Haese ones, they're good! 1 Reply
Vioh
Hello everyone, I would like to know if anybody knows where I can buy an online or hard copy SOLUTIONS MANUAL of the following book: - Mathematics Standard Level. 3rd Edition, 2nd Imprint. by Fabio Cirrito, contributing author: Patrick Tobin. Remember that your exam session is May 2016, so you must use a textbook written for the new IB syllabus (for first examination session 2014). For that reason, I think you should abandon that book completely; and then take a look at one of these following maths textbooks (which are all for the new syllabus): - Pearson (http://www.pearsonglobalschools.com/index.cfm?locator=PS1i5o) - Cambridge (http://education.cambridge.org/eu/subject/mathematics/mathematics-for-the-ib-diploma/mathematics-standard-level-for-the-ib-diploma) - Oxford (https://global.oup.com/education/product/9780198390114/?region=uk) - Haese (https://www.haesemathematics.com.au/books/mathematics-sl-3rd-edition) All of these textbooks have quite good reputations. They also have worked solutions, which you can access online or through a CD that comes with the books. According to a friend of mine, Cambridge textbook is really the best one for SL students. Entropy_Reversed
Vioh,I know that its outdated, but for some reason, my school loves to use it for the majority of the course. It's pretty old, but its 100% for sure the one I need. thanks.Entropy_Reversed Reply
