Aight so I won't answer the whole essay but this is how I would approach it, if I were you

Highlight strengths, limitations & single-user system and multi-user system.

 

An essay of this sort would typically be 12 marks, so you should have about 12 points to acheive maximum points.

 

Have an introduction of defining all the key terms, then briefly summarizes the strengths and limitations for each type of system.

 

In paragraph one, start discussing the strengths and give examples, then say however, start discussing the weaknesses of the system. (Do this thrice) for system 1

 

In paragraph two, do the same as para one but now with system 2

 

In your conclusion discuss which is better and give reasons to why. (You are now answering the question which is to evaluate so make it clear to why you're saying what your saying)

 

That's about it to achieve maximal points
