I have a few topics in mind but I don't really know if any of them are appropriate/complicated enough for a HL IA...Here are the topics: 1. Using electrolytic cells to look at electrical conductivity of different foods with citric acid in them (ex. Lemon) to see which one is a better electricity conductor 2. Finding the pH levels of fruit juices 3. Finding the initial rate of combustion of alcohols 4. Looking at the effect of temperature on the dissociation of acids I also had a lot of trouble finding literature values so if anyone has a good website can you please share with me? Thank you!
