IB_taking_over Posted November 21, 2015 Report Share Posted November 21, 2015 (edited) You might try looking at what the Reagan Presidential library has on the fall of the Soviet Union. Also, you might see if Richard Pipes (a historian who worked under Reagan as an adviser on the Soviet Union) has written anything about the fall of the Soviet Union.
