I already interviewed the manager of the store and I just don't know where to go from there. Any ideas? Hadassah Posted February 7, 2016 Report Share Posted February 7, 2016 I have a friend who's doing business expansion for her IA and she said she's planning on including ratio analysis, SWOT analysis, cash flow, and 4Ps.
