You can PHONE THEM Phoning works a lot better than emailing Phoning demands the recipient's attention, whereas an email might be skipped aside Wait... Aren't you Living in Japan? Doesn't that mean the course is being offered because Universities accept it? Or is the IB viewed as something only for students who want to travel overseas, in Japan?
