vanillafireworks Posted October 9, 2016 Report Share Posted October 9, 2016 I have the following idea for the TOK presentation: "How do we know if art is expensive" which I haven't really phrased properly, but basically, how do we price art considering such factors as the artist's reputation, whether or not that artist is dead, generally how we place value on art, ways of knowing, etc. etc... (Specifically visual arts, by the way...) Would anyone have any ideas on how to phrase this in a more TOK-friendly way, ideas on whether or not my teacher would be amused by this, and additional ways I could tackle it?
